    Welcome to SAT Study Hub. These Terms of Service govern your use of our SAT preparation platform. Please read them carefully before using our services.

    1. Acceptance of Terms

    By creating an account or using SAT Study Hub, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform. These terms apply to all users.

    2. Account Registration

    You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your password and account. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's consent to use the platform.

    3. Subscription Plans & Payments

    SAT Study Hub offers Free, Plus, and Pro plans. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout. You may cancel your subscription at any time — access continues until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if you have not completed more than 2 practice tests. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

    4. Acceptable Use

    You agree NOT to: share your account credentials with others; reproduce, distribute, or sell our practice questions, lessons, or content; use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the platform; attempt to reverse-engineer or interfere with platform functionality; post offensive, harmful, or misleading content; impersonate other users or SAT Study Hub staff.

    5. Intellectual Property

    All content on SAT Study Hub — including practice questions, video lessons, study materials, algorithms, and design — is owned by SAT Study Hub or its licensors and protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission. "SAT" is a registered trademark of the College Board, which is not affiliated with SAT Study Hub.

    6. Disclaimers

    SAT Study Hub is a study aid and does not guarantee any specific SAT score or college admission outcome. Our Score Predictor provides estimates based on practice data and historical statistics — they are not guarantees. Practice test scores may not perfectly correlate with official SAT scores due to testing conditions and psychological factors.

    7. Limitation of Liability

    SAT Study Hub is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for your subscription in the 12 months prior to the claim.

    8. Termination

    We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through Profile Settings. Upon termination, your right to access the platform ceases immediately, and your data will be deleted per our Privacy Policy.

    9. Changes to Terms

    We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

    10. Governing Law

    These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
